Assess
We assess your current situation, processes, objectives and readiness for a standard cloud ERP.
GROW with SAP · S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
We support companies in adopting GROW with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, from the initial assessment through go-live and stabilization. No runaway scope, and no turning the standard into a custom build.
Functional scope depends on the subscription and package contracted with SAP.
We compare your processes against standard capabilities before deciding on any development.
We extend outside the core, using the capabilities and APIs released by SAP.
A SaaS ERP operated by SAP, with innovation delivered continuously.
Design decisions are made by the business with technical judgment, not the other way around.
Concept
GROW with SAP is SAP's offering to accelerate cloud ERP adoption. At its core is SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, a SaaS ERP built on standard processes and best practices, operated by SAP and updated on a regular basis.
The distinction matters: GROW is the commercial package, S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is the technical product, and “SAP Cloud ERP” is the marketing term SAP now uses to group its family of cloud ERPs.
The content of each package, the available capabilities and the included services depend on the subscription contracted with SAP. We confirm those details before committing to scope.
The exact combination varies by package and region. It can be verified in SAP's official documentation.
How we work
Six stages built on the SAP Activate phases. Each one closes with concrete deliverables and an explicit decision: we do not move forward just because the calendar says so.
We assess your current situation, processes, objectives and readiness for a standard cloud ERP.
We define the scope of the first wave, priorities by area and the process model.
We compare requirements against the standard and document every gap with its decision.
We configure, integrate, migrate data and run the test cycles.
We coordinate cutover, role-based training and the production launch with go / no-go criteria.
We support hypercare, measure real adoption and plan the next waves.
SAP provides the methodology. We bring the execution, the judgment and hands-on support alongside your teams.
Clean Core
Not every requirement needs development inside the core. Before writing a single line of code there is a ladder of options, and each rung carries a different cost over time.
Our rule: we move up a rung only when the previous one does not solve a real business need, and every extension is designed with the capabilities and APIs released by SAP to protect the system's stability and its ability to be upgraded.
Comparison
They are two different offerings for different scenarios. Neither is better in the abstract: the answer depends on your starting point and on how much standardization is possible.
Commercial terms, the content of each offering and its availability by region are defined by SAP. Contractual details are confirmed with SAP or the relevant channel.

Frequently asked questions
No. GROW with SAP is the commercial offering; SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is the technical product at its core. You contract GROW, and the ERP you run is S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
No. GROW is designed mainly for companies new to SAP on the public edition. RISE with SAP is aimed at transformations for existing SAP customers and can have an SAP Cloud ERP Private core. Which one fits depends on your starting point, not on which is “better”.
It typically fits mid-sized, growing companies that have outgrown their current ERP, need to standardize processes and are willing to run on standard processes. If the business depends on highly unique, non-negotiable processes, the fit should be assessed carefully.
Fit-to-Standard means starting from the preconfigured process and comparing it against real needs in workshops: every difference is documented as a gap and resolved with an explicit decision. Clean Core means keeping the core close to standard and building what is specific with the capabilities and APIs released by SAP, preferably outside the core.
Yes, within a framework. In the public edition the core is not modified: you work with key user extensibility, developer extensibility on released objects and, where appropriate, side-by-side applications on SAP BTP. Integrations are designed on the available APIs and services, validated against SAP's current documentation.
There is no universal duration: it depends on the functional scope, countries and legal entities, data quality, team availability and the number of gaps resolved outside the standard. Cost has two parts: the software subscription is defined by SAP according to package, users and region, and must be confirmed with SAP or the relevant channel; consulting services depend on the agreed scope.
